(b) LA BOU does not warrant that LA BOU will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that LA BOU or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components.

(a) In no event shall LA BOU be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use LA BOU, even if LA BOU has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
(b) Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LA BOU, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of LA BOU or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

LA BOU reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on LA BOU. Your continued use of LA BOU after posting any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and LA BOU regarding your use of LA BOU and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

(a) LA BOU is committed to providing bakery items of the highest quality and freshness. Bakery items are prepared and baked using high-quality ingredients and professional baking techniques.

(b) It is recommended to consume bakery items promptly after delivery or pickup to ensure the best taste and texture. LA BOU is not responsible for any changes in quality or freshness that may occur after delivery or pickup if proper storage and handling instructions are not followed.

(a) LA BOU strives to accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions. However, please be aware that bakery items may contain allergens or come into contact with allergens during preparation.

(b) It is your responsibility to inform LA BOU of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order. LA BOU will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination or allergen traces.

(a) LA BOU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or consumption of bakery items, including but not limited to any allergic reactions, injuries, or illnesses.

(b) LA BOU’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the bakery items in question.

(a) Cancellations or modifications to bakery item orders may be accepted within a specified timeframe determined by LA BOU. Please refer to the cancellation policy provided at the time of purchase.

(b) Refunds or replacements for bakery items may be issued at the discretion of LA BOU, in cases where the bakery items are damaged, defective, or do not meet the specifications described by LA BOU. Please contact LA BOU’s customer support for assistance.

(a) LA BOU offers a selection of bakery items, including croissants, pastries, and other baked goods. The availability of bakery items may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

(b) LA BOU strives to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions and images of bakery items. However, variations may occur due to factors such as seasonal availability and artistic interpretation.
